(Official Brand Cooperation & Distribution Policy)
1. Introduction
These terms define the framework of cooperation between Diviido and the official representatives and/or brands whose products are offered through our online store.
By supplying products to DIVIIDO, the partner fully and unconditionally accepts these Terms and Conditions.
This page supplements the general Terms of Purchase and Terms of Use applicable to Diviido.
2. Official Sourcing & Product Authenticity
Diviido sources its products directly from official representatives in Greece and abroad, or from authorized distributors of the respective partner brands.
All products offered through Diviido:
- are supplied in their original manufacturer’s packaging,
- are accompanied by the relevant official documentation and warranties,
- fully comply with the quality standards established by the respective brand.
DIVIIDO does not distribute aftermarket, counterfeit, unauthorized, or non-certified products.
3. Obligations of Partner Brands
Each brand, representative, or authorized distributor cooperating with Diviido is required to:
- Supply 100% authentic products, free from manufacturing defects.
- Provide timely information regarding:
- changes to pricing policies,
- new collections or discontinued products,
- warranty or service requirements.
- Comply with all applicable commercial regulations, CE marking requirements, safety standards, and customs regulations.
4. Product Warranty – Terms of Coverage
All products offered through DIVIIDO are covered by the warranty provided by the respective official brand.
Warranty covers:
- Mechanical or movement defects, where applicable to watches or jewellery,
- Manufacturing defects relating to materials or assembly,
- Problems arising during normal and intended use.
Warranty does not cover:
- Damage resulting from improper, negligent, or careless use,
- Drops, impacts, exposure to chemicals or water beyond the product’s specified resistance,
- Damage or deterioration caused by environmental factors,
- Damage to straps, watch crystals, clasps, fabrics, or bands, unless otherwise specified by the respective brand,
- Repairs, modifications, or interventions carried out by unauthorized service centres or technicians.
Diviido will liaise with the official representative or brand regarding warranty inspections and, where applicable, arrange the appropriate repair procedure.
5. Returns Policy for Partner Brands
Products supplied by partner brands are subject to the Diviido Returns Policy, as well as any additional conditions specified by the respective brand.
Returns are accepted only when:
- the product is returned in its original packaging,
- the product has not been used,
- all original documentation and accessories are included.
In the event of a defective product, Diviido will follow the procedure specified by the relevant official representative or brand.
6. Availability & Pricing Policy
Diviido reserves the right to:
- update prices in accordance with the official pricing policies of the respective brands,
- modify product availability depending on imports, stock levels, and supply,
- apply promotional offers in accordance with any permitted limits or policies established by partner brands, including MAP/MRP policies where applicable.
In the event of pricing errors caused by technical issues, Diviido will inform the customer before processing the order.
7. Shipping & Delivery
Products are shipped through courier companies operating in Greece and internationally.
Diviido:
- ensures that products are securely packaged,
- provides customers with information regarding the progress of their order,
- shall not be held responsible for delays caused by external factors beyond its reasonable control, including customs procedures, strikes, or extreme weather conditions.
8. Personal Data & Privacy
Diviido fully complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Personal data is used only:
- for processing and fulfilling orders,
- for communication relating to service or warranty matters,
- for marketing and promotional communications only where the customer has provided the necessary consent.
Personal data is not disclosed to third parties unless such disclosure is necessary for customs procedures, warranty processing, order fulfilment, or where required by applicable law.
9. Legal Framework & Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Greek law and applicable European Union legislation relating to commerce and consumer protection.
Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Athens, Greece, subject to any mandatory consumer protection provisions regarding jurisdiction.
10. Updates to the Cooperation Terms
Diviido may amend these cooperation terms whenever necessary as a result of:
- changes to the applicable legal framework,
- new requirements or specifications introduced by partner brands,
- operational requirements of the online store.
Any amendments shall become effective upon their publication on this page.

The website diviido.com was created by diviido L.P. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), with its registered office at 215 Dimitriou Gounari Street, Glyfada, Attica, Greece, VAT No. 801137599, Glyfada Tax Office, GEMI No. 149962401000, and constitutes the intellectual property of the Company.
Use of the Website constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Website.

The website Diviido.com provides:
- Information regarding watches, sunglasses, fashion products, and accessories.
- An online store through which the above products may be purchased.

6. Terms of Sale
Purchases made through the Website are subject to the following conditions:
- A user account may be required to complete a purchase.

- The standard purchasing process consists of: Add to Cart → Select Payment Method → Complete Order.
- Prices include VAT, where applicable, and the price displayed at the time the order is submitted shall apply, subject to correction of obvious technical or pricing errors.
Payment Methods
The following payment methods are available, subject to availability at checkout:
Credit or debit card through the secure payment system of Piraeus Bank.
Cash on Delivery (COD), where available.
Any additional charges applicable to the selected payment or delivery method will be displayed before the order is completed.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are:
- Within Attica: 1–2 business days.
- Outside Attica: 1–3 business days.
- Remote / Hard-to-Reach Areas: 2–4 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond the Company’s reasonable control.
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Greek Law 2251/1994, as amended and applicable, and the relevant European Union consumer protection legislation, consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, subject to the applicable statutory conditions and exceptions.
- Products must be returned in the condition required under the applicable Returns Policy and legislation.
- The direct cost of returning the products is borne by the customer, unless otherwise provided by law or expressly agreed by Diviido.
- Refunds are generally made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, subject to the applicable Returns & Refund Policy.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, subject to any rights and guarantees that cannot legally be excluded.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for damages resulting from:
