We do not wrap items, but you can add gift wrapping to your order for 2.50 EUR per item . Simply check the " Add gift wrapping " box in your cart when placing your order.

Please note that gift wrapping is not suitable for bags and backpacks.

When your loved one receives their order, the receipt or invoice will not be included in the package .

During the festive season, we have extended our returns period to 45 days . This period starts from the moment your order has been delivered.

For selected countries, you can return your items easily through our returns portal . To log in to the portal, you need your order number (starting with MK) and your postal code.
