We do not gift-wrap items, but you can add gift wrapping to your order for EUR 2.50 per item. Simply select the "Add gift wrapping" box in your shopping cart when placing your order.

Please note that gift wrapping is not suitable for bags and backpacks.

When your loved one receives their order, the receipt or invoice will not be included in the parcel.

During the holiday season, we have extended the returns period to 45 days. This period starts from the moment your order is delivered.

For selected countries, you can easily return your items through our returns portal. To log in to the portal, you’ll need your order number (which starts with MK) and your postal code.
