• Water resistance: Opening the case back may affect the watch’s water resistance. For watches marked “water resistant,” a water resistance test is recommended and, if necessary, the gasket should be replaced.
• Avoid replacing the battery at home if: The watch is water-resistant, has a screw-down case back/crown, is particularly delicate or valuable, or has a finish that scratches easily.
• What our service includes: Opening the case back, replacing the battery, a basic function check, and setting the time.
• Service time: Usually completed in a few minutes (depending on the model).
• Helpful tip: After replacement, keep the watch away from water, especially if its water resistance has not been tested.
• Battery recycling: The old battery should be recycled at a designated collection point.
