CARE AND MAINTENANCE OF BAGS
CLEANING
Wipe the bag gently with a clean, slightly damp cloth (with clean water only). Avoid using chemicals or cleaning products, as they may alter the texture or color. The bags are not suitable for washing or drying in the washing machine.
USE
Backpacks:
- The maximum recommended carrying weight is 8 kg.
- Overloading can cause seams to loosen or material to wear out.
- Always use both shoulder straps for firm and even support.
- Do not lift the backpack by only one strap.
- The top handle is designed to support the total weight of the backpack.
- Ensure that the closure mechanisms/clips are properly secured (especially after changes to the straps).
- Do not press on the zippers.
- The backpacks are water-repellent, but it is recommended to avoid excessive exposure to water and keep them dry whenever possible.
Shoulder bags:
- The maximum recommended carrying weight is 2 kg.
- Overloading can cause material wear and loosening of seams.
- Do not press on the zippers.
- Shoulder bags are water-repellent, but it is best to avoid prolonged exposure to water.
GENERAL MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS
- Avoid contact with perfumes, cosmetics, creams, sunscreen or cleaning products.
- Store the bag in a clean and dry place, separate from other bags to avoid friction.
- Avoid contact with rough or sharp materials.
- Do not leave the bag exposed to direct sunlight or high temperatures for long periods of time.
- Do not fold or compress the bag excessively.
WARRANTY
A 2-year warranty is provided for manufacturing defects and product discrepancies from the date of receipt.
The warranty does not cover damage due to:
- misuse,
- negligence or accidents,
- abrasion or scratches,
- exposure to extreme temperatures,
- contact with chemicals, solvents or acids,
- contact with water beyond specifications,
- normal wear and tear from daily use,
- damage during transport.
