BAG CARE AND MAINTENANCE
CLEANING
Gently wipe the bag with a clean, slightly damp cloth (using only clean water). Avoid using chemicals or cleaning products, as they may alter the texture or color. The bags are not suitable for washing machines or tumble dryers.
USE
Backpacks:
- The maximum recommended carrying weight is 8 kg.
- Overloading may cause seams to loosen or the material to wear.
- Always use both shoulder straps for stable, even support.
- Do not lift the backpack by only one strap.
- The top handle is designed to support the backpack’s total weight.
- Make sure the closure mechanisms/clips are securely fastened (especially after adjusting the straps).
- Do not force the zippers.
- The backpacks are water-repellent, but it is recommended that you avoid excessive exposure to water and keep them dry whenever possible.
Shoulder bags:
- The maximum recommended carrying weight is 2 kg.
- Overloading may damage the material and loosen the seams.
- Do not force the zippers.
- The shoulder bags are water-repellent, but prolonged exposure to water should be avoided.
GENERAL MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS
- Avoid contact with perfumes, cosmetics, creams, sunscreens, or cleaning products.
- Store the bag in a clean, dry place, separately from other bags to prevent friction.
- Avoid contact with rough or sharp materials.
- Do not leave the bag exposed to direct sunlight or high temperatures for extended periods.
- Do not fold or compress the bag excessively.
WARRANTY
A 2-year warranty is provided for manufacturing defects and product discrepancies from the date of receipt.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- misuse,
- negligence or accidents,
- friction or scratches,
- exposure to extreme temperatures,
- contact with chemicals, solvents or acids,
- contact with water beyond the specified limits,
- normal wear and tear from everyday use,
- damage during transport.
