Return policy

Diviido.com gives you the option to return your order within 15 calendar days. In this case, you will only be responsible for the direct cost of returning the products.

IMPORTANT: Returned products must be in the same condition in which they were dispatched by Diviido and received by the customer. Products must be complete, unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging, which must also be in excellent condition, together with all documents included in the original shipment.

Returns that do not meet the above conditions WILL NOT be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

Returns Procedure

  • Contact us by email at info@diviido.com, providing your full name, order number, and the reason for returning the product. Alternatively, you may contact us by telephone at +30 210 9690140.
  • Contact ACS Courier by telephone to arrange collection of the product from an address of your choice. Alternatively, you may personally deliver the parcel to any ACS Courier branch.

Refunds

If you do not wish to exchange the returned item for another product, your refund will be processed within 15 days from the date your return is received at our warehouse.

The process is simple: simply notify us by telephone at +30 210 9690140 or by email at info@diviido.com.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method originally used for the purchase, unless your order was paid for using Cash on Delivery (COD).

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer to the customer's bank account.

In this case, the customer must provide Diviido by email at info@diviido.com with the following information:

  • IBAN (International Bank Account Number)
  • Name of the bank
  • Full name of the account holder

For security purposes, the holder or joint holder of the bank account must be the same person whose details were provided as the billing information and whose name appears on the purchase receipt.
