Shipping policy

Shipping within Greece

Available* products are dispatched from our warehouse via ACS Courier.

For deliveries within Attica, orders placed before 11:00 a.m. are dispatched for delivery within 1 business day. Otherwise, orders are generally delivered within 2–3 business days from the date the order is placed, both within and outside Attica.

*In the event that a product is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you promptly by telephone or email regarding the status of your order.

For orders with a total value of €49 or more, shipping is FREE OF CHARGE.

For orders with a total value of less than €49 and a total weight of up to 2 kg, shipping costs are as follows:

  • Island destinations: €2.60
  • Mainland destinations: €2.60
  • Within Attica: €2.20
  • Remote / Hard-to-Reach Areas: €2.90

All prices include VAT.

The total shipping cost for each order is automatically calculated by the Diviido.com system during checkout and is displayed separately in the final order total.

If a product you have selected is out of stock, we will contact you promptly by email or telephone to inform you about the status of your order.

If your delivery address is located in a remote or hard-to-reach area, we will contact you by telephone to arrange the delivery. You may either collect your order from the nearest ACS Courier branch at no additional cost or request delivery to your address for an additional fee, which will be communicated to you by telephone.

Deliveries are available throughout Greece on business days, between 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.

ACS Shipping Rates to Cyprus

Shipments to Cyprus are available at the following rates:

  • Up to 2 kg: €14
  • Up to 3 kg: €16

The estimated delivery time is approximately 4–5 business days. For remote areas, delivery may require up to 3 additional business days.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for shipments to Cyprus. All orders must be prepaid either by bank transfer or by credit/debit card.

Express Delivery is also available, with an estimated delivery time of 1–2 business days, at a cost of €18.00 for parcels weighing up to 2 kg.

Store / Showroom Pickup

You may also collect your order directly from our Store–Showroom, provided that you contact us by telephone in advance to confirm product availability.
