Warranty & Repairs

At diviido , quality is a commitment. All our products are accompanied by an official guarantee of good functioning and are covered by the legal consumer guarantee, in accordance with applicable European legislation. At the same time, for many categories a commercial guarantee is also provided with a duration specified by the manufacturer.

Commercial Warranty Duration per product category

• Watches: 2 years
• Sunglasses: 1 year
• Water & insulated bottles: up to 2 years
• Bags / Backpacks: 1 year
• Wallets: 2 years
• Jewelry: up to 12 months

Note: The commercial warranty may vary per product/model. In any case, the legal warranty applies based on legislation.

What does the warranty cover?

The warranty exclusively covers manufacturing defects and failures resulting from normal use .

What it does not cover

Damage/damage caused by:

• fall, hit, accident
• improper or unintended use
• contact with water/humidity where not intended
• normal wear and tear (scratches, damage from use, consumables/parts that wear out)
• unauthorized repair or modification

Inspection/repair procedure

To activate the warranty, you may be asked to:

• proof of purchase and/or order number
• photos of the product and the point of wear/damage
  Our team will guide you directly through the inspection, repair or replacement process.
